The program trains occupational therapists—professionals who provide treatment to people who are unable to perform work due to illness, injury, dementia, or various other reasons. Occupational therapists provide treatment not only for physical health, but also for mental health. We develop and train our students to care about each and every patient.

The program trains speech therapists—rehabilitation professionals who assist people with speech, hearing, and swallowing disorders. Through clinical practice and by learning from professionals who are active in the field, our students will be able to support medical care and collaborate with various professionals.

Through unique subjects based on the Buddhist spirit, students will learn various ways of perceiving life, aging, sickness, and death from a Buddhist perspective, thereby cultivating not only advanced nursing knowledge and skills but also a rich sense of humanity and ethics. In addition, through unique courses such as "Chinese Medicine," "Holistic Health," and "Women and Health," students will learn how to care for the body and mind, and to be close to patients by examining themselves and learning about self-care.

There are two courses: the "Medical Nutrition Course" that trains registered dietitians involved in nutritional management at medical and welfare facilities, and the "Food Creation Course" that trains registered dietitians who are active in the food manufacturers, food processing, restaurant and home meal industries. We train registered dietitians who support each person's health through food.

The field of health and sports, in which you learn how to eat and provide nutritional supplements to ingest the appropriate nutrients according to your health condition and lifestyle, and the framework of dietitians so far, such as production, sales, and public relations activities related to menu development Through learning in the “Food Management Field,” which is a field of learning that transcends age, we develop human resources who can manage people’s health from the perspectives of both sports and nutrition education.

Students acquire the practical skills to apply the knowledge they have learned in the three courses of "Clinical/Psychological Counseling", "Children/Developmental Support", and "Social/Criminal Psychology" in various fields such as psychology specialists, interpersonal support workers, and general companies. We offer original courses such as "Mindfulness Psychology", "Social Gaming Simulation", and "Criminal Profiling Practice" that incorporate yoga unique to the Department of Psychology.

You can freely choose and study professional disciplines from the three fields of "Modern Sociology/Local Public", "Life Science/Tourism/Design", and "Business Administration/Data Science",
And through industry-university cooperation and internships, we cultivate women who can contribute to society. Our goal is to develop human resources who can function in positions in various industries.

Students can acquire three qualifications and licenses for preschool, kindergarten, and elementary school at the same time. Koka nurtures students with practical skills through abundant on-the-job experience at the Koka Kindergarten and elementary school, which are located next to the university, in order to develop human resources who nurture rich sensibilities.

In addition to a first-class elementary school teacher's license, students will aim to obtain a first-class kindergarten teacher's license. Students will develop teaching skills that are needed for the future of education, such as foreign language subjects and ICT utilization.

Based on the school’s founding spirit, we nurture considerate and compassionate dental hygienists who can solve the dental and oral health issues of people of all ages, and help local residents improve their health. We equip our students with the education and attitude to care about the health of each and every individual.

From the two categories of life design standard (social worker power) and life design professional (employment ability), you can learn a wide range of things according to your interests and future dreams, and while experiencing collaborative activities with companies and communities, acquire knowledge and problem-finding skills, and develop the ability to open up your own future. We also provide support to achieve different qualifications.
