●Japanese Language and Japanese Literature Course
Students can learn the "ancient" and "modern" of Japanese and Japanese culture, and to hone the sense of language. There are also comparative studies of current manga, animation and classical literature in this course.
●Multicultural understanding and symbiosis Course
This course cultivates students' curiosity and enables them to master the skills of communicating with the world. There are also project studies for international students and Japanese students to participate in this course.
●Art and Culture Course
Students can actually experience and learn colorful art and hone the artistic sense in this course. Traditional arts contents such as Kabuki, Bunraku, and Japanese painting are also provided.
Society-related, information technology, and management-related subjects will be provided in this programme. Through project studies, students can communicate, think, and create together, and then discover the society they conceive and design. There are also courses such as "Marketing and Product Development", "Internet of Things and Programming", "Social Research Practice", and "Introduction to Design Thinking" in this major.
In this major, ttudents can learn the following 5 skills: "Food Development", "Food Science", "Food Taste", "Food Safety, Reassurance and Functionality" and "Food Business". Students can also conduct advanced food development research. They can target at becoming research and development staffs, or management department staffs. This major also opened the way to graduate school of science.
