As society and the economy undergo significant changes, the shape of families and communities is evolving, and more people are facing difficulties and distress in their daily lives. Supporting these individuals is known as "social work," and the professionals who provide this support are "social workers."
Through four courses, students learn the theories and methods of building an inclusive society and are trained to become future social workers or professionals with a welfare mindset in various industries.

<Social Welfare Course> Students will take specialized welfare subjects with the goal of obtaining the qualification of a Certified Social Worker. Courses will be taught by specialized instructors who are also certified social workers, providing practical lessons. Graduates aim to work as social workers in hospitals, communities, welfare facilities, or rehabilitation centers. <Mental Health Welfare Course> Students will aim to obtain the qualification of a Certified Mental Health Social Worker, not only through classroom learning but also through practical exercises and internships. It is also possible to aim for both the Mental Health Social Worker and Social Worker qualifications to deepen expertise and broaden future career options. <Care Support Course> Through abundant practical exercises and internships, students will learn the expertise of both Certified Care Workers and Certified Social Workers, aiming to obtain both qualifications. Graduates are expected to contribute as leaders and managers in care settings, supporting the maintenance and improvement of physical and mental functions, and helping individuals continue living fulfilling lives. <Community Contribution Course> Utilizing welfare perspectives, students aim to become professionals contributing to regional development, such as local government officials (administration, fire department, police, etc.) or employees in companies. Various experiences, such as internships and volunteer activities, will foster personal growth.

Related to region, facing children. Take rich on-site experience as strength and practice "live to learn".

The curriculum of learning children's coping ability is very substantial

Through close cooperation with the nursery schools, kindergartens and primary schools in Kakamigahara, we can make full use of the nearby facilities for nursery education in classroom and practice, cultivate practical nursery teachers and prepare their training courses on the spot. Through one-year internship or volunteer experience in the city, such as learning to support "teaching in Terakoya" and "next generation training career", the understanding of infants and children, on-site understanding is greatly improved, and the ability to solve problems related to children is cultivated.
Learn in the "Forest Learning Program"

In addition to the licensed and qualified professional courses, the "Forest Learning Program" in the courses for kindergarten teachers and child-care workers will also be launched in the primary and secondary school teaching courses. This program aims to cultivate outstanding, effective nursery teachers, kindergarten teachers, primary school teachers, junior middle school teachers, etc. "

Sports are not just about physical movement or challenging one's limits, but also about psychological challenges. They are a vital experience for human growth, expanding one's capacity and abilities as a person.
